Tips for Staying Healthy.--draft 2

There are some tips for staying healthy.First of all, we need to have a balanced diet.On the other words, we should eat more vegetables and fruit than eat not too salty , sweet and spicy.And drink more water.Next, doing exercise is necessary. And we had better do exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.In addition, we should get enough sleep. If we often stay up too late, it will hurt our body.Most importantly we should keep in good mood. If we stay in a good mood, we'll look not only happier but also younger. In conclusion, these four tips will help us staying healthy.
