Tips for keeping healthy---draft 1

There are some tips for keeping healthy.
First of all we need to have a balanced diet.
On the other words we should eat more vegetables and fruit than eat not too salty and sweet.
And drink more water.
Next, do exercise is necessary. And had better do exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.
In addition we should get enough sleep. If we often to go without sleep the whole night, it will hurt our body.
Most importantly we should keep in good mood. If we stay in a good mood, we'll look not only happier but also younger. In concousion, these four tips will help us keeping healthy.
